Help Naming this VSV

Anyone know what this VSV is for? It controls flow between the manifold to the nipple on the other side of the manifold to ???.

I'm not using the vvti ECU so it won't control this VSV anyways. I'm plotting to remove it, add a check valve so I can use the nipple for the brake booster.

This may not look familiar to the most of you. This is on a later gen vvti GTE JDM motor.

Any help would be appreciated.

No idea. Possibly some idle control thing as I think the VVTi does away with the ICV and uses the fly by wire throttle to control idle?

Seems to connect two parts of the plenum together, without seeing inside the plenum I couldn't guess what goes on.

Okay...figured it out.

There are 2 VSV's on the manifold and 1 MAP sensor. The two black nipples are 1 way check valves. Top left one goes to a VSV to the FPR. Bottom right one was to the MAP.

The VSV in question goes to the EVAP canister.

Yes, this is a y2k JDM Aristo motor which should be identical to the JDM supra of the same year. It is going into my USDM IS300.
