  1. 1. Pancake options

    • Meet at Ponderosa cafe mid morning and follow as similar run as last time.
    • Meet somewhere near the A55, shorter run then on to the pancake house.
    • Go straight to the pancake house and take it from there.
    • I dont like pancakes.

Sorry guys I can't make this - I've been off work all week in agony with a trapped nerve in my back so probably not the best idea to spend a day in the saddle, just as it's clearing up.

I've spoken to Derek this evening and he can't make Saturday he's got plans that he can't change - not heard from Rob.

Paul - apologise to Vicky (Mrs H) for me.

Mike

Dont worry Mike get better soon ...maybe you can make the Lakes run instead next weekend ?

Psst all the more Pancakes for us ;):p

Cheers

Took a few pics. I'll try to get them on in the morning, too tired to do it now.

Havard's washing up so I am taking dictation! On the way there his engine cut out on a roundabout, seemed ok but later he pulled over again, car was only running on 5 cylinders and struggling uphills. Managed to limp to the Pancake House and got the AA out, who pulled out a spark plug with oil all over it.

They put it on a low loader and took it to Chris Wilson's where a new engine was waiting. Thanks to Shytot, Sharpie has a lift home. (We do have pictures of the car on the low loader!)

Tomorrow?? :D

Thanks Ian. I would imagine that Sharpie will out up his own thread but it was great to see that people will go out of their way to help a "fallen" colleague!

If it wasn't for having Vicki and Ste in tow, then I would have quite enjoed the drive to CW's and then to Southport!!;)

Once again, Shytot is the man......:respekt:
