Just downloaded the playable demo of this and cant wait for the full version to come out. Loved the first one and the 2nd seems set to knock the GT Series of the top spot where driving games are concerned.

Also all of the cars (except the race cars) will be fully customisable, and a huge range of aftermarket parts from all the big companies will be available, bodykits, turbos, exhausts etc, and of course the engine swap function comes back in the second game.

looks really good!! Must admit I am Gran Tourisma/Playstation boy, but this may convert me... ;)

 

Dont get me know the GT Series is awesome, but the only thing it misses is modifying the car. Apart from the silly oversizes wing shop, and alloys.

Jonnyknox, still cant your time, best I can do is 52.109, but will keep trying.

 

Keep going mate, I went well wide at the first corner so you could have me there.

 

We had a little competition going with a few lads at work, so I went home and hammered it till I got a half decent time ;)

Steering wheel takes a bit of getting used to, but much better than the joypad once you've cracked it...

 

It's essential for Gran Turismo...it's just not the same game without it! :D
