Probably your best bet Tom, especially since some garages may take longer than others at least you'll get a cost for the place you're actually going to take it! But you'll need to buy a set of head bolts too - I think they work out at close to £170 for the set. And it might be an idea to do valve stem oil seals while the head is off and the cams are out?
