Franky
Hi, new here, hoping someone has an easy answer On a trip today, air con was working fine, but at some point i noticed all the button lights for it had gone out and after twiddling i was a bit stressed to find that the air con wasnt working at all. Everything else in the car seems ok, just no air con, fan etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction please ? Cheers, Franky
Guest Martin F
Sounds like somebody has had the dash out and at some time dislodged the connections to either the A\C panel or maybe the A\C amplifier. Hopefully this is all it is and you can just remove the dash panels and plug things back in. If not then you need to start checking fuses. Franky
I checked the fuses under the bonnet on the passenger side of car, are there others ? I need to get into the dash to out a new radio in, so i'll have a look while i'm there. Fingers crossed !
Branners
The air con wont work if the fan isnt on, make sure the fan hasnt been turned off first before pulling the dash out. JB
