Bolt on spacers

PS. If you use bolt-ons for a spacer that's only 15-20mm thick you will need to cut down the original studs and you will have very little material thickness to support the studs in the spacers - personally I'd go for the extended stud option.

H&R do either :)

I don't want Hubcentric because I don't want the hassle of splitting the hub and running the risk of fu*king the bearing.

Bolt-on's are just less hassle, ok I know I'll have to trim the original stud's down but hey.

Now I'm really confused:blink: Hubcentric spacers are simply spacers that are designed to fit perfectly snugly around the raised central part of the hub to keep the wheel perfectly centred - nothing to do with splitting hubs etc:Pling: :Pling:

Like this:-

the raised bit matches the shape of the actual hub itself

You can see how the hub fits into the exact centre of the spacer thus ensuring it mounts exactly central to the hub :)

Thanks for your help guys.

The information about the hubcentric spacers was given to my b/f when he was enquiring about a set of spacers to fit to his GTR. I think it was Jap Shop that give him that information. Oh well they are obviously wrong!

I will let him read the thread tonight and we will take it from their :)
