HELP!!! Breaking in LEATHER biker trousers!!

Any suggestions on how to break in a pair of brand new biker trousers? This is the third day of bedding in. Could've sworn they fitted in the shop. :search: I can't even get on the bike without using step ladders or lowered from a crane. And the 'clamping force' is excruciating!! 3 hrs is all I can take. [sHOCK][/sHOCK] HELP!

Grreat!! I p1ss on them, they still don't fit and I take them back. [GRIN][/GRIN]. I may as well crap in them as well.

I can still twitch my feet so brake and gear change function is not fully lost. :)

what , just in case you had to p1ss & crap in them later or . . . . . .er im lost

If you buy lether biking trousers, then the best way to test their fit is to squat down, especially if you're going to be riding a sports bike, to make sure that there's enough give in the backside and not too tight around the backs of the knees.

LOL! All my old stuff were hand downs so this is all news to me. I didn't assume the 'position' cos I did n't want to bust anything including myself. They were 'stiff' in the shop but you always assume they'll break in quickly. My last jacket took a month before it stopped chafing. :) Only time, hard work and sweat
