carl0s
Is the Veilside Evolution exhaust any good? and does it fit the UK spec ?
Bobbeh
Not heard of that one.. you sure not the 'explosion' one? Their Teardrop Titanium one fits just fine
carl0s
it looks like this:
Bobbeh
Hmm, looks almost as complicated as the stock system with all that metal piping. I have no doubt that it will fit your car.
carl0s
cool. I wonder if it's any less restrictive and beefier sounding though?
Bobbeh
A probable YES to both. Although I dunno by how much. Usually rthe aftermarket pipes I've seen are all single piped cat back systems. It looks like you should get the Autosol on it before you put it on, and get it to shine (if you buy it)
Gaz Walker
Carl, That system is normally louder that stock - it wont be overly loud though as it still has all the (albeit uprated) silencers Regards, Gaz.

Carlos, i've seen some comments on this exhaust elsewhere:innocent: and some thought the joint to the second cat pipe wasn't the correct one? could mean you having to weld on another flange to fit it.......... Wipeout
I agree with Scott, this exhaust is currently on Ebay and there is no mention of the flange to the cat being of non standard type. Someone may be disappointed when they get it as I don't think it will bolt straight on. Maybe Veilside did a cat replacement pipe once upon a time that it mates up to correctly with. Not to much of a problem if someone can weld a new one on.
carl0s
mmmmm thanks for all the feedback guys. I've listened to the .wav's of the HKS Hiper and I think I want that sound anyway.
Bobbeh
Do they sell the old style Hiper these days? I thought it had been replaced with a quieter version.
carl0s
quiter version would do me nicely!
Terminator
All those boxes look restrictive to me. Just an alternative stocker

Sharpie
I'm sure CW would be able to make you something up and make it fit.
