Guest Geneb
hey guys i bought a plate on 31st march 2007 for £1400 and i still haven't got it, i spoke to them today and got this reply" The plate is still registered on another vehicle and the owner has lost his log book, he is going to request a new one and then we can start the transfer process" i said i want a refund and they replied we will try to get our manager to speak to you tomorrow? michael
They didn't have the goods available to sell when they took your money, sounds like grounds for a full refund with no questions asked.
Class One
See where you stand after you speak with the manager tomorrow. No point really getting into a discussion about it until you've spoken with them in more detail. Edit to add if you're still after the plate then get them to negotiate on the price for messing you about/misrepresenting the availability of the item. TonyP
Is this the one you were trying to sell a while back? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=106651 Hope you weren't misrepresenting the availability of the item.
edge
I brought a plate from them and found it cheaper on the dvla site. Rang them and they refunded straight away. Defo speak to the manager...

Mas
Thats how they are, I had the same problem with them when I bought my last Reg from them, I paid for it on the 11th Jan and took them more than 7 weeks to complete and send me the reg documents!!! they usually take your money while the plate is still on others cars and in use, that means at least 4 weeks waste of time after taking your money. not recommended at all as I had bought regs from other websites before and it only took a week to have the whole lot of documents !!!
