mawby
There's now a few blank lines before and after a quote.

Lucifer
There's now a few blank lines before and after a quote. NOpe not there for me. Went to a PM, clicked reply..... Still teh same.
Jive
NOpe not there for me. Went to a PM, clicked reply..... Still teh same. Worked ok for me, although I've noticed that when I now reply to a post, ala this one, there are additional lines at the top of the [quote= ..... Weird
mawby
Jive, that is what was asked for, a few 's before the quote block. I've tested this with PMs and it works fine for me.
Jive
Jive, that is what was asked for, a few 's before the quote block. I've tested this with PMs and it works fine for me. Yep and that's what I said was working. What I also said was that when you reply to a thread ... like me doing now, there are additional spaces at the top of the box instead of the [quote=mawby being right at the top of this box. I can now see that both parts (posts replies and PM replies) are linked so not to worry.
hiten55
There's now a few blank lines before and after a quote. works for me.... see what you mean about the blanks at the top though..... never mind - see the reason behind it now
tbourner
Why has it done it for every forum post as well though? It's very annoying getting the reply before the quote when it's not the norm!! How come people can usually get it right on the forum but not in PMs!

mawby
The new post option and the new PM option use the same template, so any changes will affect both. The change will more than likely dissappear during the next attempt at the upgrade so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

mawby
True, better hope a few 'select' accounts don't go missing too. Along with half the posts from that week! Sorry.
