Many suppliers aren't interested in small crappy orders like this and will drag their feet over it. I wouldn't have normally thought of ordering something so insignificant from the Envy guys. However Gaz said he could sort me out at the TF BBQ Sun, a call at 15:00 Mon with my card details and they've arrived at my desk next morning! kslb Posted May 1, 2007 Share Posted May 1, 2007 Gaz has been very patient with my constant calls and PM's and emails asking how things are going with my car and he has only had it a week. It is also good to know he doesn't charge over the odds on P&P I am currently not getting very far with a dispute with a different trader that relates to P&P and a $400 over charge on shipping.
