n/a rear brake pads

Morning peeps.

 

I am really getting confused seems to be 2 different styles for the sup , square shaped pad and a oblong pad. My car is an oblong pad.

 

I’ve had a look on eBay found these for a Lexus anyone used these pads before I am guessing fitment would be the same?.
