Get out there and start selling your body. You're a good looking fella I'm sure you could get enough to cover you c/card bill each month! :innocent:

Stick an advert in the For Sale section. ;)

One barely used body for sexual deviances. Features: similar to Stiffler. Styling: questionable.

Mate that sucks :( don't do anything rash though, there's always a way round it.

would a consolidation loan not buy you some time and lower the interest? then later on perhaps add it on the mortgage?

i hope you don't sell mate :)

The more I think about it the more I realise it is pretty much exactly what I would be looking for in about a years time, just without being manual.

Do autos only go for less because people don't realise how good they are?

As mentioned, stick it up for £8.5k or £9k on a few sites, see what response you get.

i think that could be it, i was almost put off when i bought my supra being an auto, but after i drove it i was pleasantly surprised

As I was reading through I was thinking I'd offer you £9k (although not at the moment!!), but I assumed it was a 6spd, so I'd say take a couple of grand off for an auto (and I want a manual, so no sale here, sorry).

Have a missed something here, an auto is worth 2k less than a manual

I ralise it's worth what ever someone is willing to pay but a 2k difference, sounds OTT imo!

Feakins sold his black TT manual for this sort of gap over Bill Prawns (better spec'd IMO) but still unsold Auto......

The price increase is partly about lower availability as well as preference for a manual...........

Thank you all form your comments. I am already rethinking about it, but pretty adament to be honest that I need to clear my debts - or not go out for 2 years! :(

We'll see. I do have a savings account, but not going to dip into that as my gran specifically said it was for a house deposit before she died.

Don't forget when you lot are going on about value of a car...

1) It doesn't matter what X sold theirs for, it may have only been worth that.

2) It's only worth what someone will pay for it...and you can never second guess that. Look at the recent CF boddied Abflug for exaggerated evidence of this.

Hope the sale goes well for Greg. At least you can go forward in the mind you rescued a Supra and nurtured it back to fine health.

Swap c card to Virgin 13 months interest free on transfer.

Bank with Abbey. 5.6% I think on current account.

Don't sell car.

You know as soon as it's pulling away that you'll be looking for another and all your hard cash will be gone.

You've done great things with the car it'd be a shame.:(

Why not get a £17000 loan to pay your CC's and your loan. Over 3 years it would only be around £520 which would bring your montly payments down. Student loans dont count as real debt! Thats what i keep telling myself, and it comes straight off your wages so you dont notice it that much! :p

Because it's a non-stop problem mate. If I get another loan to pay off my credit cards, I'll only want parts for the Supra, TS front, Do-Luck diffuser, Single setup! etc etc the list goes on, and I'll be back in debt again.

Nope, I'm 24 and it's time I sorted this debt out. I'm on the piss tonight shortly so that'll be another £80 down the drain :)

You sound like me with money! lol.

I'm 25 and i'm hoping if i keep this car instead of choping and changing, and dont spend too much money on it i will have an asset without owing someone money for it!

As someone said, get a N/A which is reliable, just spend a little making it look nice then you might save some money. Then be sad liek me, stay local like i did tongiht and then get home for 12 and go on the porn
