Trig Posted April 25, 2007 Share Posted April 25, 2007 Basically im going to Holland this weekend, me and 7 of my mates decided to buy holland shirts. Emailed a guy from UKsoccershop.com and he said he would definately get the 8 shirts to me by the 24th of April. Shirts still havent arrived, despite 3 emails he still hasnt replied and it looks like were not going to get them by Friday. I paid on my credit card via paypal so is there any way i can cancel my order? This is almost £300 worth of shirts and i obiously dont want to lose my money (as my mates wont be too keen on paying me money for goods they havent got), I have found the contact number on the site and will be giving them a ring in the morning with some harsh words but wanted to know where i stand regarding cancelling my order? Soop Dogg Posted April 26, 2007 Share Posted April 26, 2007 Yep - put the transaction in dispute immediately. I had this over some car parts last year. After 2 weeks I basically said that my car was off the road and I had been forced to source the parts form somewhere else. I had taken this action because the seller had not replied to any of my emails and I could not reasonably be expected to wait for an indefinite period of time. I demanded a refund and got it within 24 hours. Nowadays, if I haven't received good off ebay within 10 days, I put it in dispute straight away. I had one bloke drag it out for 6 weeks once when I received faulty goods for which he failed to send a replacement.
