grahamc
I know of a couple of people that really struggle with their shoulders, and moved quite easily over to compound. Our instructor is one of them. He was on the UK team for both recurve and compound. I am looking at the US for my arrows, as the UK is so expensive. I can get the X10 shafts for the price of ACEs if I go there. Just got to be willing to spend the money and try a company.

Lancaster Archery (http://lancasterarchery.com/shop/) are very good in the US and helpfull about postage abroad etc. They are sort of a US version of quicks, so some of their pricing isnt overly impresive, but theres the odd things to be found. I bought a STAN release aid from them and it cost £80 instead of £130 over here Bowsports (http://www.bowsports.co.uk) are good in the UK if your looking for bits n bobs.
