Matt Harwood
I'm still sticking with an airleak. My car has a Mines, (or similar), and when it had a manifold leak, I needed to richen up the airflow on idle with 650's, although I did this by increasing the injector duty cycle on the E-manage by about 20%. When we put the single on my car, Mig and I pulled off all the intake side too, purely because I knew there was a leak somewhere. Whilst I'm fairly sure it was because of the intake pressure sensor being poorly fitted, I'm not entirly sure. We did also find a manifold gasket that looked a bit iffy. It wasn't a drastic air leak, it would still boost to 1.3 bar with no problem, but it always took a higher boost controller setting than reaching the same boost, with the same mods on my previous car. It never really caused a problem until the bigger injectors went in.
