Thoughts on GT4094?

Thanks for melting my brain there Wez, intrigued that thread was on a Bimmer forum. When he stated VE of engines 90% etc does that all still apply when VE's of an NA engine will differ to a forced induction/low compression engine surely. Or i guess compression ratios don't even effect VE's.

 

I'll have a re-read when i'm not so tired!

Thanks Wez, should make some interesting reading. Thought i knew everything i needed to know bout turbo's but as they say knowlege is power so maybe i can gain a few horses from it!

Jamie are you going for the DBB turbo this time? Ian C posted a good thread with some datalogging comparing BL67 and BL67DBB a while back, showing signicant gains by fitting the DBB version.

 

Maybe, was them turbos that Ian was comparing not different size's?

Im not buying anything till ive tried out Ash's HKS T51RBB as this tubby was my original plan and is why i went to town on the engine build.
