Guest laiyew
Hey guys, This is my 1st post so hi to everyone. Just bought my 1st Supra last weekend. It's only a '95 non-turbo (unfortunately i can't get insured on the TT), runs great but its a little untidy, battered and bruised. My 1st port of call is to get new wheels and a new exhaust. But i'm slightly unsure on what exhaust to get really and whether to get it de-catted. Any advice guys? Oh and what are your takes on forced induction kits? Are they worth it? If so Which is the best for the Supra? Thanks in advance to any replies.

michael
Hang on until next Tuesday night - 1st of May - and come along to the Squires meet in Sherburn. You'll be able to have a look at lots of exhausts and wheels as well as chatting to people with experience of the folk who sell bits Forget induction kits, the standard setup is more than capable of feeding the engine nice cold air, swap the filter for a K&N perhaps but beyond that it's a waste of money. The RS*R exhaust sounds very nice on a decatted NA but it's loud, best to hear a few first IMO.
turbonut
and I have an NA and have been keeping an eye on threads Re: induction kits. tbh, the genereal concensus it to keep stock. One member even told me he actually lost bhp with a kit. the search button is useful but Michael's advice is sound

michael
There was a chap at the last Squires meet who had found a good retrim / interior place locally but he's not on here and I didn't get the details - he did say he'd bring the car along to the next one (Tonight) though so get yourself over
