Shane
Got home tonight and dsicovered that I was loosng coolant, it appeared to be coming from the thermostat housing but after doing a search on here and looking at Dastons pics I suspect the pump is dying. But I am a bit confused, as some of the posts I have read suggest that the cam belt has to come off to chang ethe water pump. Only had a quick look and I cant see any obvious reason why. Obviously the fan belt has to but the cam belt....why? What are the pumps like to change, looks fiddly but not the worse I have worked on? Were is the best place to get one fast? By the way its a Jspec NA 94.
Jake
Yes, the cambelt has to come off. Your local Partco may have one in stock. A search should find you the partco part number.

Thanks for confirming this Jake. I have managed to get a pump on order from a local outlet who have quoted £50 for a pattern part. So if the cam belt has to come off we are talking crank pulley as well. Almost the deciding factor for me not to do it myself and get someone else to do it.
