CarlT67
I have to say I have never heard of this problem, this is a good clean example that has been well looked after.
Jake
From what Supra-Lover is saying I presume the Rover 25 has the k-series engine. The k-series did have a problem with BHGs but it's easily fixed with an uprated HG. I had to do the one in my missus' FreeLander (1.8 k-series) and it's been fine for the 25,000 miles since then. edge
I had a 1.4 k series and done 90k miles without any problems. They are known to go on the k series but every car has its faults and its a simple job.
