toyo rob
Me, as i found out yesterday, was running ok for a change and pulled up outside a mates to drop him off, was idling fine.... he opens the door and pulls the seat forward and the car goes off on one, flooding and misfiring all over the shop. got to be the random cause for mis idling - opening the bloody door. Rob:rolleyes: ps lucky shes off to paul nice and early tomorrow to get sorted me thinks

ShamelessTT
That is bizarre! got to just be coincidence? or your car likes ur mate to be in the car. "Dont fuck with my seats mofo!"
SimonB
I expect what's happened is he's knocked the ECU cover in the passenger footwell which has caused a dodgy connection to move, probably on your fuel cut defender if you have one... Agreed, furtle about under the ecu cover and see if it affects the tickover.
Pete
Does the car even have an ECU cover protector? (Big slab of plastic the passengers feet go on) I've seen Supras that had them removed for some reason or other.
