tooquicktostop Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 Want recipe, please and thank you OK Nutella icecream 750ml Whole Milk 250ml Double Cream 200g Nutella 12 egg yolks 150g castor sugar 1 vanilla pod Bring to the boil the milk and cream with vanilla pod, whisk the eggs and sugar together and add the milk mixture, return to the heat and cook gently until the mixture coats the back of a spoon, remove from heat whisk in the Nutella and allow to cool Turn in an ice cream machine Brownie 340g Butter 625g Dark Chocolate 6 Eggs 510g Castor Sugar 170g Plain Flour 680g Chopped Walnuts 100g White Chocolate pieces 50g Dark Chocolate pieces Melt Butter and 625g Dark Chocolate Whisk eggs until thick slowly adding sugar Fold egg mixture into chocolate and butter mix Add flour and nuts and mix Add chocolate pieces Place in a greased baking tray and cook at 180c for 25mins When cool cut into squares and scoop nutella ice cream on top Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
