leelbuk
Hello peeps, just wondered what other people use to get of those annoying black spots off your wheels other than just elbow grease - I don't want to use an abrasive for fear of marking the polished wheel but there must be a better way that breaking you fingers from pushing so hard!? Can anyone share their secret how to get this stuff off? Cheers. Lee B.

leelbuk
Cheers Guys, will buy some on weekend and give it a go as they are just getting worse as the tar spots build up. I take it this stuff is safe to use on paintwork too then?

Mike B
I had some i could not get off with any chemical.. or scraper.. the only thing that did? a glass scraper from an aquatics shop. worked a treat and left no scratches.
JustGav
An old clay bar is also good for this, backed up with a good tar remover..

Paul
White spirit, and no it won't hurt the paint unless your car is painted with Dulux. Wash off after with soapy water and polish.
