The purchase was completed yesterday and I thought I'd advertise in here in case any of you might be interested in going out there. I am looking to rent it out and it's available for weekends or on a weekly basis. (Initially I will be handling bookings myself, until I find an Agent in the area to manage the property). Weekends will cost approximately 75 Euro (friends and family rate) for two nights and 225 Euro for the week, at least up until 30 September. It's a one bed on the first floor, (no lift, sorry) but has lovely sea views etc, and its in an exclusive private area. I have attached a photo below, so pm me if you are interested.
