JamieP
The new exhaust is less restictive which means the car may be running more boost = more power, just becarefull it aint to much boost, do you have a restrictor ring in it?

matt k
Could be the Torque increasing after fitting the new exhaust......
csmadmatt
Could be the Torque increasing after fitting the new exhaust...... I reckon this could be the case as it now wheel spins in most gears (both wheels) all tyres are at 30psi suspension is fine so it has to be the case but i really didnt think an exhaust system would affect it that much? bignum
Did you spray all the nuts and bolts on the old exhaust with WD40 and got it all over the tyres?
csmadmatt
nope they come off very easily as they were new nuts and bolts

Your wheels look very narrow. It may be the angle in the pics but if they are narrow the extra torque would be giving you issues.
csmadmatt
possibly worth a look at least plus its an excuse to upgrade

RedM
I think they should be 255 at the rear. That'll be your problem. You have fronts on the rear.

RedM
I don't know if tyre sizes are the same for NAs as for TT but I'm on stock 17s and I have 235/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear.
