Havard
Makes you wonder why this happens on such a regular basis over there. It always seems to be schools and colleges.... Must be horrible to be in a school with some idiot running around firing bullets. Imagine the terror that associated with the knowledge that you could be next. There seems to be some notoriety attached to doing something like this. In reality you are remembered as a complete arsehole who should be glad that you are dead as most of the people in your town would like to torture you!! H. Tom
Columbine springs to mind, the need to have a gun over there is just so out of control.

It happens because the kids have access to guns. This chap could have a screw loose, but he could also be the victim of bullying and has finaly lost his temper and gunned down his tormentors- as was the case in Columbine. I certainly had a few moments at school where I'd have given anything to have an Uzi and I very much doubt I'm alone thinking that either. Daston
the thing that pisses me off the most is the fact that the parents of the deranged phyco will say "oh its the video games he plays and moves he watchs they made him do it!"

Gazboy
I think it everyday when i'm surrounded by the tossers i work with, doesn't mean i'd actually do it though! Difference is you are an adult surrounded by tossers, most US school shootings are done by teenagers surrounded by bullies- it isn't quiet the same as working with an idiot. Wayney
Tragic waste of life. But you can't blame the youth in the US, when you have a role model or as the yaks would like to refer to him as a leader, using violence to get their way, then they feel its ok to do the same. Just think about all the unnecessary deaths in Iraq. But wot really gets me, if a similar shooting had occured in Iraq, it'll make new for a coupe of mins, but no one would really give a toss. But the fact it's happed in the US. It's like Oh my GOD!!!!
Pete
Haven't you seen Dawsons Creek? How about all those American teen movies with prom queens, frat houses, sorority sisters etc? Bloody aggravating teenagers, no wonder someone goes loony a couple of times a year.
Pete
as the yaks would like to refer to him as a leader What have bovine type relations got to do with it?
Bobbeh
when you have a role model or as the yaks would like to refer to him as a leader, using violence to get their way, Thats what Saddam was and the Iraqis werent shooting each other then? Different circumstances. Iraq is virtually civil war.. you cant compare.

Nice way of turning a tragic college shooting into a political statement School and college shootings have been going on for many many years before that moron got into office [/politics mode].
