DamanC
Whilst fitting my FMIC over the weekend i made a boo boo "relocate aircon pipe" it said. So what did i start doing? Relocated bolt that holds two aircon pipes together. The result was me getting covered in pressurised aircon fluid/gas for 20 seconds or so. Im sure it probably was a kodak moment, but not for me! Anyway, would that be enough for me to need it re gassing? Or should i just go for a drive and try it out?
carl0s
Try to turn on the aircon. If the compressor doesn't engage (revs don't rise, no 'clunk'), then it needs regassing. Highly likely it will need gassing, btw.
ShamelessTT
Well mine makes all those sounds.....etc , but doesnt seem very cold at all. I assumed mine was needing regasing.
