Henk
Hi guys, anyone know if it is possible to change the speed at which the active spoiler deploys? If so how? Can a mechanical virgin do it?
AJI
It is apparently a difficult thing to do. The active spoiler has its own ECU that gets a speed signal feed from the main engine ECU (may be corrected on that)... but anyhow there is no easy 'bypass' I think. May be there could be a device that converts a low speed signal being sent to the spoiler so that it recives a constant moving speed of above 60mph all the time ?? Therefore it will always come down, unless told not to via the 'auto-down' button on the dashboard. Only problem is that I have no idea if this is something that could be easily 'wired' in or whether is would require a complicated 'magic box of tricks' in order to achieve this. Ric
Its easy for me, with my blitz active spoiler controller http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/3957/blitzasc26ca.jpg

Henk
The reason I asked is that the active spoiler deploys as far as I know at 56mph but mine drops at 89 odd so I suspect I have a converter problem. 56 x 1.6 (for KMs) = 89 So the car has been successfully converted to mph but the ECU is converting the wrong way....
