If you right click on the desktop then click on personalise.

Then click screen saver, then click on change power settings.

Then you can choose from pre-defined power saving plans, or you can edit them by clicking on change plan settings.

Alternatively you can click on create power plan on the left hand side of the power options window and create a new power plan.#
