Oil Change.

Even though the manual states a good 5litres is needed for a change, DON'T just plonk 5litres of the worlds finest in there mate.

Drain first, sump plug and filter etc, then fill new filter with about 1/2 litre and top the engine up with 3.5 litres. Wait for it to settle for about 10-15 minutes, then check the dipstick. Top up another 0.5 - 1 litres if low on marker, wait for another 10-15minutes and check dipstick again. Keep repeating until you get to the optimum level.

If you whack 5litres straight in you'll generally find you're over the FULL marker as there's still a good 1/2 litre or more in the system. :)

I used Mobile1 0-40 to top up after I drained a little mate and it came through the oil seals. :( But the previous oil was coming through the seals too. Mobile One apparently isn't great stuff, Oilman will confirm as I spoke to Simon there the other day.

Silkolene 10-40/50 is the stuff you need. :)

But too late now! It'll be fine though.

Dodgy, I'm sure it'll be fine mate ;)

Just keep an eye on your oil levels. If it's leaking, You'll see smoke, TRUST me!

I was mainly referring to 0w stuff, 15 should be fine. :)

See how it goes. Any probs, I should have some good Silkolene spare and can help you out.
