SimonB
Damn! I was in 2nd 6 from the end and fell. Typical, just when it comes to the critical moment I fall over. Ah well...

steb9780
We all pick a horse each, then just stick a few quid on each one. Stuck a total of £20 on, and guess what my little girl picked Silver Birch. I stuck a £4 bet on that (£2 each way) So she's just pocketed me £86.50 top girl eh! Me, the missus and the 18 month old where useless though. Big ice cream for the daughter after that one.

Paul
How many horses died then? From what I can gather it's one, that's still one too many imo. Sorry to be a bore but I can't support an event that nearly always end in the painfull death of an animal and people get drawn into all the hype and seem to forget that it's a barbaric event:(
Bobbeh
I didnt think there were any this year.. as I remember the commentators saying everyone was back in safely.
Supragal
Actually I have to say that I really don't like horse racing at all. It's unfair on them.
osso
one horse suffered from heat stroke, which is why the next race was delayed for 45 minutes.
