Having just read the thread, my first opinion was that the Mod was joining in with the mocking. He should have banned some of the other folk as well, especially the fella that called him a c*ck. If i was Geneb i would have reacted in the same way...lets face it he has no chance of selling his car on here now, how would they have felt if it was them?

 

tell you what, try reading those first few posts and then work on the basis that they were best of mates having a bit of a dig at each other. If we stepped in and did anything it would be seen as being draconian when it was all just a 'joke between mates'.

 

Thats the whole problem with you guys 'joshing with each other'. Mawby had to be light hearted in his first reply otherwise the usual suspects pipe up and have a go for over reacting.

 

Its a no win situation Im afraid. And as I said, its not open to discussion so Im closing this thread otherwise it will get out of hand as well.

What do you mean? If you mean they should be banned too then I think this is being taken a bit far!

 

Andy should have asked a mod to remove the offending posts and a PM sent to those involved as the content was un-neccessary and inappropriate!

 

Andy should have told them to mind their own business and keep out of his for sale thread if they weren't interested in buying the car.

 

Andy should have been banned for telling a mod to f**k off!

 

It it only me who sees this as simple as above??
