If you have a daily car, isn't it cheaper to put the Supra on a limited mileage classic policy and use your NCD on the micra? My 911 only costs me about £400 a year I think, and that has no NCD because it's all on the Supra (although I'm obviously 100 years old compared to you).

yea but i did do limited mileage with sky on the supe

Most limited mileage (classic) policies don't use NCD. I have not tried Sky - but there are many companies I could insure the 911 with, and none of them want NCD. They just want the details of the car, and they have a max. mileage on the policy.

If you are on a limited mileage policy but are using your NCD on it, you seem to have the worst of both worlds.

Have u tried Admiral , I have a multi car policy , 2 cars at the moment will be 3 very soon, u can put up to 5 cars on it. Worked out about £320 f/c for the Supra TT, £300 for the Sri Vectra and they have quoted me £410 for my 17 year old daughter , whos just passed her test, on a Ford KA (in my name) that is cheap

You guys need to ask for a 'mirror' policy ;)

I know Bell do them because I'm with them, I've got fully comp with protected ncb on my Supra and my second car, Toyota 4Runner.

The 4Runner is about £240 comp (3l Turbo version) and the Supra is around the £300 mark:d

They will honour the no claims on the first car and apply it to the second car also, so all this talk about using your no claims already for the Supra is wrong!
