Because this is a scotch thread, I'm gonna let that go. However, to say JD is appalling could get you a right flogging. Try Jim Beam on ice with a bit of apple juice. Sounds bad, but quite good. Italian friend turned me onto it.

Black or White Jim Beam? Sounds nice.

Gaz.

Bushmills 10 year old. (not scotch I know!) I've a bottle (now 20 years old) put away.

so it's actually still a bottle of 10yr old, you've just not drank it yet ;)

Yep, Cap'n Morgan a nice way to round off a few pints.

i usually go with Morgans after pints too if i'm out with the gf (not allowed to drink JD or whisky as i get quite rowdy apparently lol)

Think it is orange and yellow yeah. He also bought back a lot of Kimchi from Korea, but no Shochu.

Soju is good stuff.. unregulated though, so it can really put a hurtin on ya if you're not careful. Ever heard of a "White Dog"? It's made with Soju and was a source of many a rough mornings a few years back.

Never been a fan of Scotch until one day I called round a friend who decided to pour me a very large Macallan 30 year from her hubbies collection. Och aye dah noo!! It was better than mother's milk. Well over £250 a bottle! You can stick Glenfidd, Famous Grouse, White Horse, Jamesons in yer tank! :)
