Timing belt service. other parts?

I went to change the plugs yesterday and discovered loads of thread dangling about on the engine bay. Upon removing the spark plug cover I noticed that there was wear on one side of the belt. Although having said that the belt was changed like a year and a half ago. I even supplied an original toyota belt. Ive only done about 15000 miles since then.

Anyway the timing belt needs to get changed. Is there anything else that should be changed whilst the mechanic is in there?

Got water pump, tensioner pulley, auxillary belt..... anything else?

And a rough quote as to how many hours for the job will be great.

IT LIVES!!!!

I was just wondering this, as I am going to try and ring Toyota for some parts.. I was just going to go for the belt though. Or should the crank shaft seal and tensioners be replaced also... I was not even contemplating the water pump!
