DaveK
Was planning to go out for a blast in the 964 this evening - then noticed this. Can't remember the last time my tyres actually wore out - I always seem to get punctures (although this one hasn't gone down). Two new tyres next week I guess..... Ric
has that been slashed?
DaveK
has that been slashed? I did wonder actually. I can't see anything in the cut, and it does seem a slightly odd place to get a cut like that. As far as I know it hasn't (and if it has, it wasn't a very good job 'cos it didn't even go flat!). Pot
That's gotto be annoying as it's not worn out yet - I had to replace the fronts on mine yesterday, only to find out the backs only have a few miles left

They did me a good deal on Michelin Pilots a few years ago and seem to be cheaper than most places in Chelt. If you're too lazy then Bathwick Tyres in Kingsditch. If you don't give a monkey then Kwikfit in Albion St. Don't use the Tewkesbury Rd depot. They're useless and the balance machine is always wrong. Chewie
Looks like a stanley blade did that. Upset anyone recently bud.??? I've seen enough CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Silent Witness to give my expert opinion that it has indeed been slashed by a right handed person in a downward motion from right to left. They had two attempts. And it was probably done at about pub o'clock in the morning. Check a few other cars down the road. Could be a serial slasher. n00b
that is a slash mate. i had exactly the same thing where i used to live in all four tyres. they only managed to get through one tyre but had to replace them all. there is some real scum around
DaveK
The car is garaged over night, so if it was done deliberately by somebody it probably wasn't my neighbours (and I don't live on a pub home route). Guess it's just one of those things.
