Branners
What can go wrong. - We turn up. - Have a good time. - Go home thinking what a great club this is. JD JB I think point 1 is the root of all my problems JB
SupraStar 3000
Easyer said then done isn't it JB. Maybe you could have a cut-off date and make sure those wishing to drag have paid up well before the day. Spectators are a bonus.

Pixelfill
with regards to helmets. Are there facilities to provide helmets at the Pod, or does each competitor need their own? I'm presuming most (if not all) runners will have terminal speeds in excess of 100 mph. Mike
Daston
will a BPU hit that?
Bobbeh
I've never needed a helmet when I've been there, really its only for cars running 11s and quicker usually wear them.
letmeshowyou
Bobbeh they've changed the rules now. It's helmets for all cars with a terminal above 110mph. Daston - a well driven BPU will do it but only just. Branners do we know how strict they're going to be about helmets?
Branners
I will check about the helmets. Most BPU cars will go above a 100mph terminal, but I wouldnt have thought they will be too strict on it. If you are going over 120mph I would make 100% sure you have a helmet with you, if over 100mph then best bet is to have one just in case. Im sure people will be okay to lend them out. I may have missed it off the main post, but we need everybody who wants to compete to have paid by the 15th April. That gives us time to find other competitors if we dont fill up all the spaces. So if you want to compete then make sure you have your paypal payment in by the 15th April. JB

Mike B
Would it be worth locking a thread onto top of the supra chat, or whatever is the most read section of the forum... just to jog people's memories.. and maybe another round of pm's, I'd hate to see a poor turnout after all the work you guys must have done.... have you ever done anything like this before?
