Silly me, I thought it was a fun day out for people who wanted to attend, keep pouring on the guilt and maybe I'll sway.

markymark
Come on people this is going to be a day to remember. You might even get the chance to see me stall it:rolleyes: ( I hope not) Plus it will be my birthday and we need a few people to help give me the bumps:blink: Did I just say that? (Only joking:d) I'm hoping to run less than eighteens so you all could help push me down the track:sly:

chrisavila100
All paid up now! Really looking forward to this! WILL be a fantastic club day! i have run once before 10 years ago at avon park, in a standard mk4 escort rs turbo, best run 15.8 Real good buzz! And now to have a go in my supra i feel like a kid at christmas! Should be intresting to see how slow my standard uk spec with a 14 year old ic will be? But it should give a good bench mark time to compare to when i go full bpu in a few months!! (just as exciting shame its not as cheap!!) Cant wait even if i will be one of the slower runners on the day! its taking part that counts:rolleyes:
Jezz
I'm tempted to pay up to run even though my car is still in primer, and has no wheels on it!
Jake
I can't race because my car still has a broken turbo. I didn't sign up for the "I'm interested" list either though. £52 seems like quite a lot for running your car at Santa Pod but I would pay it and support the club if I could - sadly I can't. Sharpie
I hope the .xls is updated soon so, we can see an up-to-date picture of the runners and how many more we need to fill ?

Muffleman
Ah it's a compulsory event! Silly me, I thought it was a fun day out for people who wanted to attend, keep pouring on the guilt and maybe I'll sway. What a ridiculous statement ! Of course it's not compulsory If an idea was suggested, 130 odd people said 'yeah that'd be great !' and then only 30 odd came up with the readies after I'd gone to the trouble of arranging and paying up front, I'd be pretty pissed off. This will be a great day, and if you said 'yeah I'd be up for that' and added your name to the list, then you should really try and get there. I would've preferred later in the year when my mapping is finished and boost issues sorted, but hey never mind. If I was arranging club events, I'd think twice about running another one, and that really is a shame. How many other car clubs hire out the whole of Santa Pod eh ? How cool is that !!! RedM
Is there still room for another spectator plus Supra? I don't have Excel installed so can't see the s/sheet. Actually, can someone cut and paste the info on the sheet to me in a PM?

Pabs
Guys - as per PM reply to Homers a couple of days ago - I'm off to Newcastle with Lucas tomorrow (from Southampton) and he is picking up his Supra from Jurgen. Assuming all goes ok, and he is still up for doing this day, both he and I will be there (i will be a spectator mind) I'll talk to him tomorrow, and hopefully get an answer then. i'll make him aware that we need to get names down NOW. Sorry for the delay. Well sorry guys - Lucas is going to pull out (which means I can't attend as a spectator either) We were due to pick up Luke's Supra from Jurgen today. However, due to London Underground closures (works/repairs) we missed the bus to Newcastle. Means Luke is Supra-less. What a day - Waterloo station was evacuated as well (reason unknown) and we've spent £50 each getting to London and back... grrr.

tDR
Paid List Spreadsheet updated and attached to main thread as of 2.30PM 14th April 2007. Binned the remaining reserve slots so that's 38 competitors total so far. Anyone that has a '**Not Given**' on their entry line should email as per paid list post update instructions on main thread to send any additional information. Thinking ahead to the day - please give your competitor number or spectator list number to the person on the gate when you arrive, this will minimise delays from people trying to scan a spreadsheet to find your name / reg. Cheers, Brian.
CarlT67
I joined the club not long ago and im still waiting for my card to come through... Will I be alright to bring a print off of my garage or something with pics of my car and reg, and user name apparent..?
Bobbeh
Im sure if you show some evidence like this post, your car reg and name etc that'll be enough information You going to run?
