letmeshowyou
IK22's will be fine. I've got the NGK equivalent to IK24's in mine though.

I don't want to give my car something that's "fine" what are the *best*? Or does it not really matter with spark plugs?
Sheefa
The Iridum plugs are good for 10k apparently, that's what I have and they're all good so far after covering around 4000 miles
cheekymonkey
Here is a picture down the exhaust side of the engine. Is that a cat in the middle of a picture? Looks like it to me but would like confirmation. If it is indeed a cat then I am running 2nd decat only, which is still really loud. Would decatting this one make it even louder? Does look very Cat like to me mate. And Yes it would be a lot louder with a second decat pipe on there
Homer
Yep, thats a stock cat for sure. Removing the first cat on a TT won;t make much difference to the noise level, but it does make the car sound nicer

Would the noise level really not be affected that much? Also, to go BPU would I definately need to remove it? Am guessing Yes but want to hear your thoughts Mr Simpson. Homer
Yes, you should remove that cat, its not good to have a restriction so close to the turbo with increased boost. Most aftermarket exhuasts have only one straight through silencer at the back, does yours have any silencer at all?

There is certainly nothing visible under the car, it's just one long pipe with the same diameter all the way up to Cat 1. I am assuming a silencer would be fairly obvious?
