You may have herd things over forums where you only hear one side of a story... Have you ever delt with anyone who just thinks they know it all, and wont take advice? Its probably the same people who shout at the top of there voice about a crisp being broken in a packet! I don't know. The problem these days is that word of mouth / forums really is the only thing we have - and it's a risk to just pick a random place to try!
