AJI
I work for a company that manages and maintains the road network in the North West. We basically carryout works for the highways agency. We had a call come into the control centre earlier requesting that we make an official statement about the proposal for double yellow lines to go onto the motorway to prevent the mis-use of the hard shoulder. As some may have seen this was an April Fool joke that was hosted by 'People Newspaper' or something like that. Anyway, this call was from the county council !! It was truely serious and she was expecting us to fully explain the implications and the reasoning behind this double yellow lilne decision !! It was explained via the phone to her that it was just a joke but she still insisted that we gave a full explaination. Our control centre manager in the end had to be very abrupt to her and say that she should go and read up on the tradition of 'april fools'. Quickly slamming the phone down a second later. Havard
I'm pretty sure 'gullable' was never in the dictionary You guys are indeed correct. It is spelled Gullable in the urban dictionary!! Thats my excuse..... See..... A misspelling of gullible... most often used to trick people into searching the dictionary for it. "I swear gullable isn't written in the dictionary!" "Really?" H.
