Ignition timing depends on a lot of factors, mainly your intake charge temps and the quality of fuel though. I'd zero that like Alex says until you get the rest of this sorted. Is it still smoking badly though? Black or blue smoke? If you can send a datalog of your car idling and on boost that would be really handy The map as well if you don't mind sharing it.
