Gordon F
Freebird - Lynyrd Skynyrd Saw them play this at Knebworth in the screaming hot summer of 76. They were behind the Stones and 10cc on the bill but blew everyone away that day. Classic tune - shame what happened to the band. They still tour with Gary Rossington and Billy Powell remaining from the original band, and Ronnie van Zandt's brother Johnny doing the vocals. There's a nice recent version of 'Simple Man'
