Sheefa
If you've read my recent post and another you'll see that we've both just fitted the AEM A/F gauge and can now see our A/F ratios. Running rich at higher boost level than stock appears to be common or even normal with the J spec cars. Are you runnining an increase in boost over stock? Thanks Merckx mate but mine is actually IDLING Rich at late 12's early 13's! Should be around 14.6-.9 iirc. Just a little concerned that's all. When on boost, running 1.2bar she drops into the nice 10's and 11's
Chris Wilson
I'd first try a new O2 sensor. I'd also check your wideband gauge against a known good one, freshly calibrated.
merckx
I'd first try a new O2 sensor. Definately. My car failed the MOT . It was running rich and producing too much CO, the new O2 sensor fixed it.
