Sadly for the youngsters out there it was nothing to do with Geoffrey, Zippy and Bungle. A zillion years ago heavy metal ruled and Rainbow featured mega rockers like Dio, Richie Blackmore and Cosy Powell. Anyway I digress, Rainbow Rising were absolutely brilliant! It was like going back intime to the 70s. If you like your music live and not off a turntable with 180 bpm track then checkout Cox's Yard in Stratocaster-Upon-Avon.
