Guest Bowzer
Hey folks, I've been lurking for a couple of days now, though I'd post a hello I'll hopefully be buying a Supra in the next 6 months. I'm only 20, so insurance for the Twin Turbo, I suspect, would be a problem. Got a quote on a 3.0 Non Turbo, £1250 - perfectly justifiable! One quick question, for a standard 3.0 Non Turbo, much like this gem for sale, what sort of BHP would you expect? Cheers folks
supra dan
hi mate, i would check the insurance first, the N/A can be more expensive for some reason. think they are about 220 hp stock

tDR
TT insurance is usually cheaper. I'm in Bathgate - welcome! Cheers, Brian.
Guest Bowzer
Cheers for the welcome's folks. Brilliant place already, I just found the PDF docs (Guide to the Supra, Model Differences Chart & What to check, etc) , and have read through them - priceless info. I done a quote on Elephant, and they say I need to be 21 before they'll insure me on the TT. I've heard good things about A-Plan, so I'll maybe give them a try. Thanks for the info.
