SupraStar 3000 Posted March 21, 2007 Author Share Posted March 21, 2007 Cheers guys. The difference between CNC 'saw' cut and 'laser' cut is very expensive. To get inside the corners and cut the detail I needed to go down the 'laser' avenue to achieve good enough results. This is unfortunately reflected in the price Mind you,.... hand cutting them with a craft knife on foamx is a possibilty if demand is high but cost unrealistic.
