Ignore list

How does the ignore thing work anyway.

When someone you don't like posts it just shows their name in the thread and no content they have shat out, if they start a new thread you see it in the list of new posts but when you open it there is no message.

You see replies from other people of course and someone generally quotes the tosspot anyway so you might as well not bother :)

There are only two mentions. This thread and one where Ian caled me a very rude name. Actually, that means he must of read my posts so I can't be on his ignore list!

I can't remember that episode, can you link to it, then I can see what form I was on that day :)

Argh, I've just blown the fact that you aren't my ignoree :(

And get the Night's Dawn trilogy :)

I thought that little episode had been long forgotten

I'm hoping Charlotte that you are on everyones ignore list and no one read your post  :D

But you've just quoted her and everyone can see it now anyway. :p

BWAHAHAHAAAA that's still funny in my overinflated opinion :D

Obviously it was meant as a massively over the top faux insult

I do apologise about missing your thread asking for book recommendations, I have been on here somewhat sporadically lately due to work being busy and personal life too. I have have have HAVE to recommend:

Pandora's Star

Judas Unchained

By Peter F Hamilton. Epic, detailed, plausible extension of our techonological progression and one of the best written fight scenes I've ever read near the end. Truly excellent pair of books.

Also go for Songs of Earth and Power if you want a more mystical book that shows those fantasy writers how a scifi writer can kick their ass at their own game :) It's about the best book I've ever read. Several times.
