merckx
I'm thinking about getting an electronic boost controller, I've searched 20 pages on here without finding the answers I need. The more expensive ones allow you to adjust the Gain and also allow you to map the boost settings against speed. I understand that varying the gain will allow you to spool quicker. Can someone quantify the advantage to be had by being able to do this. I was thinking about getting the AEM Tru Boost controller but you cannot make the two adjustments listed above. Is it worth spending the extra money to get one that has these functions? Thanks

Solid Snake
WHats gain? Gain (according to GReddy) adjusts the boost consistency by adjusting the sensitivity of the valve control. Basically to eliminate spiking I think. Andy
letmeshowyou
I've always found it very difficult to set up, however defnitely seems worthwhile in terms of spool to me.

Gaz6002
I will have my car back from the bodyshop this week and i've got the AEM unit fitted but haven't had a chance to play yet. I'll let you know what it's like but it looks like a great unit
