Barry
Right, I've had this problem with low boost in sequensial mode for a while now, and just cant think what the problem is. I'm only hitting 1 bar at full throttle (double decat, no restrictor ring) but when I went to true twin I could never use any more than 3/4 throttle or I'd go well into the 20+ psi range!!! I have a feeling that the exhaust valve is not fully opening, but have no way of checking. I've checked all the pipes I can see too, does anyone else have any other idea's as to what I could look at. My next step would be to replace all the hard vaume pipes that sit over the turbo's. Anyone recently gone single have these gubbins they no longer need? Barry
Cheers Roy Still need idea's on what else to check peeps, please. What would happen if I locked open the valve in the exhaust without going the whole true twin route, just to see if it was that? Also, should I see it (the valve) open just by reving the car past 4k at standstill?
supradibbs
I had trouble hiting boost once found that the pipe that houses the dump valve had come lose!
Barry
So no one else has any idea's then?! Supradibbs - Good call, but it was that then it would still not boost in true twin mode, but it does!
